The investment of land walks hand and hand with time. As I sit here sniffling from tree pollen, I am thinking about what trees are doing right now.  I like to tell people that the forestry consulting business is a “growing” business.  Trees are actively putting out leaves, flowers and eventually fruit to carry out their life cycle.  In the next 120 days the trees will do their growing for the year.  How much they grow can depend on you.

Trees grow every year regardless of what you do.  If they do not, they die.  But you can have a desirable effect on their growth by actively managing your timber.  There is intense competition in the woods and you can effect that competition by having a timber sale or a non commercial timber stand improvement.  Good management will keep your growth rates high and give you greater returns on your investment.  Let us show you on the ground how you can benefit from good management.
